I am sorry I haven't been around lately, I guess I should fill you all in on what's going on with me.

Last month, my fiance and I broke up and I had to move out and into my parents place until I can get a place of my own. It wasn't a messy break up, and we are still on good terms .. we broke up over something really stupid, in my opinion. I've had some time to come to terms with everything now, but I took it really hard. I was so busy with packing, moving, then I got a bit depressed, I'm just now starting to try to perk back up and do what I need to do. It's just not an easy thing to do at all.

With that said, I've been a major slacker here and everywhere else. Right now I have 11,772 messages total on my DA that I have to look through and respond to .. if you've been waiting a while to hear from me, I am so sorry! I'm trying to get back into the groove but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I really can't thank you guys enough for all the support you've given me, so I hope I'm not coming across as rude. I just couldn't handle telling everybody, it took me a while to open up to the people I know.

Anyway, just a quick note. I hope you all are doing well, or at least better than I am.

Hi! I'm Emily, 23 years old, Scorpio. I'm all self-taught, but still learning. I live in Texas, and I'm a Marine Brat. I've been passionate about photography for a while, but stopped doing it for a few years. Now I'm in the process of re-learning and familiarizing myself with new techniques. I'm still very amateur, and the technical part of my art may not be up to par for now, but my goal is to grow. I have two dogs who I love more than anything, you're likely to see a lot of them.
I like to read, listen to music, play with animals, photography, write, all that good stuff. I love photography, photoshop, scrapbooking, reading, and couponing!

I'm just getting started on DA and will probably edit my bio again, but for now, this will have to work!
